We all have our fond memories ?a group of Ho Tung Girls born between the late 70s and early 80s are going to reconstruct their common memories through a music performance, which will bring us all into nostalgia in the cozy Fringe Studio this fall. The show is divided into 5 sections: 1) a performance of recent pop songs rearranged (I) 00s ?present; 2) a TV Ad theme song medley well known to every Hong Kong household; 3) a performance of recent pop songs rearranged (II) 80s ?90s; 4) a performance of our favourite TV Animation theme songs, and 5) a performance of classic pop songs of our childhood.
Lady Ho Tung Hall was established in 1951 by Sir Robert Ho Tung in memory of his wife and is the only girls’ residential hall in University of Hong Kong. For 55 years, Lady Ho Tung Hall has been famous for her unique hall education and culture and has produced the city’s most celebrated figures. This group of Ho Tung Girls, headed by Bell Tsia, has before won in the Interhall Choir and Drama Competitions and has given performances inside University of Hong Kong, drawing considerable audience and favourable comments. The group is now reunited for the 55th Anniversary of Lady Ho Tung Hall and is ready to show off to everyone the might of the Ho Tung Girls.
